Technical property support
We support property managers and condominium owners on site: building inspections, obtaining and comparing contractor quotes, maintenance and repairs, water damage and insurance coordination, and preparation and chairing of owners’ meetings. The commercial management and bookkeeping remain with the responsible property manager.
Current assignments also involve preparatory work for garage-door replacement, underground car park refurbishment and a future district-heating connection. These should not be mistaken for completed works.

We assess locations and practical feasibility, clarify property-owner interests and contractual issues, coordinate with architects and specialist contractors and support the client during technical implementation. Statutory planning and specialist services are performed with qualified professionals where required.

Food-container project in Brugg
For a Chinese-speaking client based in Switzerland, Yang Liu GmbH coordinated the development of a modular takeaway site. The work included site checks, coordination with two property owners, project documentation with architectural input, permits, container procurement, ventilation and power coordination, and support for operational preparation. The takeaway opened in August 2026; we remain a point of contact for follow-up issues.

Building-damage case and refurbishment support
Damage occurred in 2020. Our mandate began in 2021 and involved translation, documentation, specialist and lawyer coordination, communication with the responsible parties and attendance at site inspections under written authorisation. Refurbishment was completed in 2025, with mandate support continuing until 2026. According to the client, the responsible company repaired the damage and paid additional financial compensation.

Operational technical support for two condominium associations in cooperation with a property management company: damage cases, repair and renovation coordination, quotes, communication with owners and contractors, joint preparation and personal chairing of annual general meetings. Founder and managing director Yang Liu holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Energy and Process Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. His previous work spans modular construction project management, technical B2B business development and international cooperation.
He also ran a restaurant business in Berlin for several years. Since founding Yang Liu GmbH in 2022, he has combined engineering knowledge, commercial awareness and hands-on coordination for properties, projects and international clients.
Our work combines direct communication with clients, site-based coordination and, where required, architectural or other external specialist expertise. We are a small company rather than a large administration with an in-house accounting department.
